What are B2B Meetings?TIC’s Business to Business Meeting Service offers added value for both Exhibitors and Buyers! This Service allows you to pre-arrange meetings with Exhibitors, Buyers, Wholesalers, Distributors, and other potential business partners. Use the business to business meeting service, and maximise your ability to establish the right business contacts when you participate in TIC 2010.
TIC’s automated online service will use the information you provide and match your company with appropriate interested parties at the Convention.
Meetings will be scheduled on the three B2B days of the Convention, at 45 minute intervals, in the meeting room on Level II of Hyatt Regency Trinidad. Meetings will be scheduled as follows:
Wednesday, May 19th, 2010: 1:00 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.
Thursday, May 20th – Friday, May 21st, 2010: 10:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.
If you choose to participate in the Business to Business Meeting service, it is IMPORTANT that you complete the section on BUSINESS DETAILS on the Buyer / Exhibitor Registration Form on the TIC website. This information will assist potential business partners in setting up meetings with you.
This information also allows users of the website to view your company’s trade offer and/or demand, allowing for a wider audience to have access to your company’s contact information, as well as attracting them to visit TIC 2010. Advanced searching facilities on the website allow site users to look for companies within certain business sectors that they may be looking to do business with.
Management and scheduling of Business to Business Meetings is automated and handled online. Access to the service and appointment schedules is available to registered and confirmed exhibitors and buyers only, and can be accessed through the Business to Business Meetings section.
Please note: The TIC Secretariat cannot adjust appointment meeting times as this is an AUTOMATED ONLINE SERVICE. Participants must liaise directly with meeting partners to change appointment times.
