FREE SEMINAR ROOM FACILITY AT TIC FOR EXHIBITORS
This year TIC is pleased to offer Exhibitors the use of several seminar rooms free of charge at the Hyatt Regency during the four days of the Convention.
These rooms are ideal for hosting informative seminars, product launches or even a breakfast or luncheon meeting.
Each room has the capacity to seat approximately 50 people theatre style, 30 people classroom style or 40 people banquet style. The rooms come equipped with audio visual equipment and, if required, catering can be arranged through the Hyatt.
We are pleased to advise that exhibitors are entitled to the use of these rooms free of charge on an hourly basis. There will, however, be a charge of TT$1,000.00 + 15% Vat per hour for the use of audio visual equipment (screen, multi-media, sound system).
Upon confirmation, your event will be listed on the TIC website under Events and Seminars and will be included in relevant pre-convention promotion.
